Is it me, or does anyone else think the Android logo looks like a yellow trash can. And when it opens its mouth, I always get the urge to peek in there to see if there is garbage in it!

Hi my girlfriend has an android tablet, an eken m002 to be exact, and neither of us know why the tablet is stuck on the spinning android boot logo, I tried to upgrade the firmware but it wont read the micro sd card, i tried the resest button and it does the same thing, and i really dont know what to do can anyone help me please?
