Q. Why does the Android logo look like a trash can?
Is it me, or does anyone else think the Android logo looks like a yellow trash can. And when it opens its mouth, I always get the urge to peek in there to see if there is garbage in it!

First of all go to http://www.slatedroid.com/ and perform a search for the firmware files required to re-image the device. You will likely need a clean micro SD card, a USB cable and likely a computer with Windows XP. 99% of all Eken M002 problems are resolved this way.
