A. If you don't want to root your phone, then you're going to have to wait since Samsung and AT&T haven't even announced the official Jelly Bean update for the GS II Skyrocket yet. Hope this helped.

A. Verizon�s Droid RAZR MAXX is, like the Droid RAZR will be getting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at some point next year. That means that there is a good chance that it will receive Android 4.2 Jelly Bean at some point.

A. Unless you are in Spain or China, it is not available yet. In the coming weeks it should be available in Europe and Asia followed later by the US. You can put the official version on any S2 at your own risk (See xdadevelopers or samobile)
