Alright, so we have just learned that the Motorola Xoom will likely be getting its 4G LTE upgrade in September. That’s great. However, you may recall that Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha stated back in April that the Motorola Droid Bionic would be launching alongside the upgrade. So, unless plans have changed it appears that the Motorola Droid Bionic may not be launching until sometime in September. Now, I realize that plans can change. It’s possible that Motorola finished the Droid Bionic before it could get the 4G LTE upgrade finished, after
