In Shunning Galaxy S II, Verizon May Be Wary of Sequels

Verizon Wireless may be dealing with the same issue that plagues movie audiences: Too many sequels.

With an extensive array of updated Android-based smartphones crowding its shelves, as well as a new iPhone on the way, Verizon may be worried about confusing customers with too many choices.

That's one explanation for why the nation's biggest carrier will be the only one of the top four not to carry Samsung's latest edition of its successful Galaxy series of phones.
