At the end of May, the ongoing legal battle between Apple and Samsung took an interesting turn. Apple got permission to see prototypes for new Samsung Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S devices. Samsung fired back and asked the judge for permission to see Apple’s prototypes, including those for the iPad 3 and the iPhone 5. Today, the judge denied Samsung’s requests and said Samsung’s request was over the line.
