Did a GSM Motorola DROID 3 just pass through the FCC?

The Motorola DROID 3 will launch on Verizon this Thursday, but ATT customers need not worry…it looks like Motorola has a GSM version of the DROID 3 in the works. Today, what appears to be a GSM version of the DROID 3 made an appearance on the FCC, sporting support for GSM 850 and 1900 bands, as well as WCDMA bands II and V – the same bands uses by ATT in the United States.
