Q. I wanted to start developing one or two android applications, themes or software.
I was just wondering if theres anything specific i need to read,or new software i need to learn.

Obviously im looking to make something really simple.

Q. More specifically, the themes from android-themes.net? I'd really like to not brick my phone, but I'd really like one of those themes Px The Eris isn't set up like the rest of the Android phones, which is why I'm thinking those themes might not work and I'm hesitant to try any.

A. You need a rooted Eris to install themes from that site. And then you need to make sure the theme is compatible with your ROM. I've tried the reset where you go through the 277634#*# and go to factory reset, but it doesn't remove the theme.
With the theme, when I go to settings, i can't scroll down to get to the more settings to do the Master Reset. The scroll bar is so thin, I can't get a hold of it,

Q. So I downloaded the android themes on cydia then on winterboard. But when I check the android theme and reboot my iPhone the theme is in the background and the apps overlap the entire theme!! How do I make it look like an android? PS I want an android but my contract isn't over till next year!! Haha

A. Download Dreamboard from Cydia. If you have an older iPhone (like iPhone 3g and earlier) then this tweak will drastically slow it down.

Q. I jailbroke my iPod and so glad I did. It adds so much more customization! I downloaded the DreamBoard app to get the Android theme, however when I try to swipe to the right to the theme, it isn't there. Many people are having this problem. Is there a way to fix it? Thanks!

P.S. I heard it was removed (I assume by accident) in the update?

A. Here are the steps to fixing it.
Download iFile from Cydia, using sinfuliphonerepo you may ger it free.
Open iFile and navigate to library>dreamboard
Press "edit" (top right corner) and COPY the folder.
Navigate back as far as possible and paste the folder. (create link is what it will say instead of copy)
Reboot your phone and the Endroid theme will appear where it was originally intended (=
