Q. I need to one way video chat with someone today, but I don't have a webcam, or a microphone that works since I'm using Ubuntu, and the microphone doesn't seem to be working. I do have an Android smartphone, but it doesn't have a front facing camera. Suggestions are helpful!

Q. I downloadde the new google plus app, but I can't find a way to start a hangout or video chat on my itouch 4g.
A. As of now iOS is not supported just yet. Only android devices. But they will add iOS support.
Also you can't start a hangout on a mobile device either, only Join. So someone will have to start a hangout on a computer and then you may join. They will add 'start a hangout' on mobile devies pretty soon.
