In what has got to be the laziest launch for a top-tier smartphone in recent history, save for maybe the Motorola DROID 3 on Verizon Wireless, HP has made the all-new Pre 3 webOS smartphone available for purchase in Europe.



HP's official webstore in Europe has the Pre 3 listed at 299 GBP (US$490) SIM-free and unlocked. If you remember way back to February when the Pre 3 was announced alongside the TouchPad tablet
